Apple Cookie Shake

  • ¼ cup / 60 ml 100% apple cider 
  • ¾ cup / 180 ml water
  • 1 cup / 170 g ice
  • 1 scoop Snickerdoodle Shakeology
  • ½ small Granny Smith apple, peeled, chopped  
  • ½ tsp. pure caramel extract (or pure vanilla extract) 
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg


  1. Place cider, water, ice, Shakeology, apple, extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
